The most common core issues are around powerlessness and worthlessness, which means at some level and to some degree we believe "we are powerless" and “we are worthless”. 

Many of our beliefs are formed during childhood and scientific research estimats that 95% are held below the level of our conscious awareness.  This means we are often unaware of our true beliefs.  These beliefs determine the lives we lead.
