Cease trying to work everything out with your minds, it will get you nowhere. Live by intuition and inspiration and let your whole life be a revelation.

Nadiya Day has worked in health and wellbeing for over 19 years and her impressive track record includes work in the public, voluntary and private sectors, including the NHS, HIV AIDS and housing and breast cancer . Nadiya has also helped employees from major organisations such as Shell, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Proctor and Gamble, Reuters, St Mary's hospital to transform their stress, health and energy levels.
Through her company Balanced Living, Nadiya offers individual and group training and personal development programmes. These draw upon her experience of working with healing practices, energy psychologies, environmental and emotional stress management techniques.
Nadiya has trained in personal and organisational stress management. She is one of a handful of advanced PSYCH-K® (Psychological Kinesiology) practitioners in the UK, a practitioner of Meridian Energy Therapies and energy psychologies such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and EmoTrance.
Although Nadiya has always been fascinated in wellbeing, she began working in health in 1990 when her partner became terminally ill. She has dedicated her time to researching the most effective and sustainable ways to boost the immune system and utilise the body’s natural healing capabilities. In the late 1980's, Nadiya also became interested in environmental stress and went on to become one the UK’s first feng shui and space healing consultants.
Nadiya later moved to Milan, Italy where she continued her private practice, and became involved with Europa Donna, a leading organisation in European breast cancer advocacy. Her dismay at the lack of interest and investment in breast health prevention led her to research and develop Health & Vitality For Women one of her most popular courses.
Since 2000, Nadiya has spoken internationally on holistic stress management, personal development and body-mind healing and regularly coaches and facilitates at conferences, including the Women’s International Networking Global Leadership Forum (WIN), where she and runs the body-mind awakening sessions.
I am passionate about personal growth and transformation and the influence our beliefs and the environment we inhabit have on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
I began my career working with our external environment; in housing, interior design and later feng shui and space clearing. This led to a fascination with our inner environment - the mind and the influence it exerts over our health and our habits. I am consistently amazed how powerful the body-mind connection is in facilitating positive change in both our emotional and physical health.
My aim is to inspire you to invest in ‘real health’: approaches which support the whole body, are sustainable and offer a good return for the time and money you invest.
